After School Platinum Club

At South Avenue Primary School, we run a very successful wrap around care facility which includes an After School Club, Children are collected from their classes at the end of the day and taken to the Infant site hall.

Aims

To provide a childcare facility that meets the needs of our parents and carers
To provide a happy, welcoming, safe and secure environment
To form strong partnerships with parents/carers
To provide activities to engage and stimulate

Opening times

3.15pm until 4.15pm, Cost - £4.00 per day

3.15pm until 6.00pm, Cost - £9.00 per day

Food

Each Child will receive a piece of fruit or yoghurt on arrival.

Those children staying for the late session will be offered a choice of sandwich, Wrap, Toast or Bagel with various toppings and fillings and a selection of vegetable crudites.

Activities

Homework/reading zone
Relax and Chill out area
Arts/craft area
Outside activities (warmer weather)

Admissions

Only children attending South Avenue Primary School are eligible to attend
All places are subject to availability
The registration process must be completed prior to the child’s commencement at the club
Child's attendance is recorded in a register

Booking/Payments

To request a place for your child/ren, please complete the booking form one calendar month in advance and email to After School Club at [email protected]

Once we have received your booking form we will e-mail you to let you know if you have been successful in gaining a place for your child/ren.

Payment: This will be required within 24 hours of receipt of confirmation of place for your child/ren. Payment to be made via ParentPay.

Registration Form: If your child has never used this facility before then please complete a registration form at the time of first booking and e-mail in with your booking form.

Late Collection

Late collection will incur a £10.00 additional charge every 15 minutes after 6pm
If a child is not collected by 6.30pm and the after school club has not been able to establish contact via the parents/carers/emergency contact list we are legally required to contact social services.
